TANGO LIMA LEISURE · GROUP TRIPS
Your Idea. Your Group. Our Work.
A weekend for the crew. A seminar for the company. A game, a festival, a reunion, a bachelor party. You already know where everyone wants to be.
We run everything else — rooms, rides, tickets, and the one group thread that actually keeps twelve people on schedule. You get the credit. We stay out of the photo.
THE WHOLE IDEA
You bring the plan. We run the operation.
01 · YOU
Name the trip
The event, the city, roughly who’s coming. That’s the fun part, and it’s yours. Tell us the vision in a sentence.
02 · US
We handle the moving parts
Rooms held together, ground transport, tickets sourced, a private trip page, and a text thread that chases the stragglers so you don’t have to.
03 · EVERYONE
The crew just shows up
No spreadsheet, no group-chat chaos, no one texting you at midnight about parking. It runs — and you look like the one who pulled it off.
Every trip starts with something worth showing up for
Pick your occasion — the logistics look different for each, and so do we.
Sporting Events
Away games, rivalry weekends, bowl trips, the Masters, a fight in Vegas. Tickets, blocks, and door-to-stadium transport.
Concerts & Festivals
Chase the tour, camp the festival, or catch a Sphere residency. We solve the lodging crunch everyone else is fighting over.
Bachelor & Bachelorette
Nashville, Scottsdale, Vegas, Miami. You're the best man, not the travel agent. Hand it off and enjoy your own weekend.
Reunions & Milestones
Family, class, unit, a big birthday or anniversary. One organizer, a lot of people, all coming from different places. We coordinate it.
Corporate & Group Outings
Retreats, kickoffs, client trips, the whole team at a game. Budgeted, buttoned-up, and off your plate.
Group Cruises
The reunion or milestone that sails. Cabin blocks, dining, shore excursions — bundled, and genuinely our happy place.
Everything between "we should go" and "we're home"
One point of contact for the whole operation. If it moves, books, or needs chasing, it's ours.
Start a trip- ✓Rooms, held togetherGroup block at one property so the crew isn't scattered across four hotels.
- ✓Ground transportAirport, venue, and night-out rides coordinated — no one herding rideshares at midnight.
- ✓Tickets, sourcedSeats together through legitimate channels, sorted before you land.
- ✓A private trip pageTimes, addresses, dress code, who's in — one link instead of forty texts to your mom.
- ✓The group thread that worksReminders, deadlines, day-of timing sent straight to everyone. We chase the stragglers.
The trip happens either way. The question is who runs it.
Fifteen hours you'll never get back
- A spreadsheet nobody else opens
- Fronting the deposits and chasing everyone for money
- Four different hotel tabs and a booking that fell through
- The blame when the block's wrong or the ride's late
- You, exhausted, at the thing you planned
One flat fee, and it's off your plate
- One person who owns every moving part
- Everyone books their own spot through one clean link
- A real block held at one place, walkable to the venue
- A thread that reminds the crew so you don't have to
- You, actually enjoying the trip you dreamed up
A flat coordination fee — usually less than a night's hotel per person
You pay for the operation, not a percentage of your trip. One fee, quoted up front, scaled to how much there is to coordinate. Split across the crew, it's a rounding error on the weekend.
Book your rooms or a cruise through us and the trip's travel is often commissioned by the resort or cruise line — which quietly offsets the fee. You never pay more than booking direct.
Tiers run from a simple one-hotel weekend to a full multi-city, multi-day operation with live day-of coordination. You'll see the number before anything's committed.

Why a pilot runs your trip
I've spent my career in operations — Army aviation, airline crew scheduling, dispatch, and today a cockpit. The whole job is the same: someone sets the destination, and I make sure every person and every moving part gets there without a hitch.
A group trip is just that job in a better setting. You dream up the weekend. I make the getting-there disappear.

Tell us the trip.
We'll take it from here.
A sentence is enough to start — where, roughly when, and how many. We'll come back with a plan and a number.
