Tango Lima Cruises · By Tango Lima Leisure

Cruise vacations,planned around you.

The right ship. The right cabin. The right itinerary. Let’s put the pieces together for a vacation you’ll actually love.

Tango Lima Leisure is an Oshkosh-based travel agency helping Wisconsin travelers and guests nationwide plan cruises for couples, families, friends, and groups.

Have a sailing in mind? Great. Starting with “I just need a vacation”? That works, too.

Start with the vacation you want

What does your kind of cruise look like?

A quiet balcony and a good book? A ship with something for every generation? A week away with your favorite people? That answer matters more than the first sale you see.

First cruise? Start here.

We’ll make sense of cabin types, onboard costs, sea days, and port days so you can choose with confidence. You don’t need to know the cruise vocabulary before we talk.

Couples & family vacations

A honeymoon, an anniversary, school break, or time together just because. We’ll compare the onboard atmosphere, activities, and cabin setup around the people actually traveling.

Group cruises & celebrations

Bring the family, your friends, a club, or your team. From reunions to employee appreciation trips, we’ll help organize the cruise without making you everyone’s travel coordinator.

A real person in your corner

Let’s look past the headline fare.

I’m Travis. I love talking cruises, but the useful conversation starts with why a particular sailing makes sense for you. The ship, the port time, the cabin location, and what the fare includes all affect the vacation you end up having.

My background in aviation also means I pay attention to how you get there. Flights, arrival timing, a hotel before sailing, and transfers belong in the plan alongside the cruise itself.

My approach: understand the trip you want, explain the tradeoffs, and help you choose.

Where will the water take you?

Different places.
Different ways to cruise.

Glacier views, island afternoons, coastal cities or an unhurried journey across the ocean. Start with what draws you in, then compare the actual ports, usable time ashore and days aboard your ship.

Coastal scenery & exploring

Alaska

Explore selected coastal ports and scenic waterways. Compare the named glacier experience, shore priorities and route, with a separate land plan if inland Alaska is part of your wish list.

Island days & time to unwind

Caribbean & Bahamas

Choose the islands and experiences you want, from a beach afternoon to snorkeling or local history. Compare the exact stops, port hours and balance of shore time and ship time.

Culture, food & coastal cities

Mediterranean

Use the ship as your base for selected cities and islands. Compare the actual port location, travel to the sights and a sightseeing pace that leaves room to enjoy the day.

Island visits & Pacific journeys

Hawaii

Compare an island-focused voyage with a longer sailing across the Pacific. Your route determines the islands you visit, time available ashore and how much of the vacation happens at sea.

Japan, East Asia & Southeast Asia

Asia

Start with the countries, culture and experiences that interest you. Then check the actual calls, port-to-city access, overnight stays and travel arrangements for your chosen sailing.

Ocean crossings

Let the journey become part of the vacation. Compare sea-day stretches, intermediate port calls and a ship you want to spend time on, with flights and hotels planned at both ends.

A passage worth planning around

Panama Canal

A full transit, partial transit and Panama port call offer different experiences. Compare the confirmed canal plan, surrounding ports and start and finish cities before choosing your voyage.

Nine cruise lines. Your kind of vacation.

Which cruise line feels like you?

Start with the atmosphere, activities and destinations you want. Explore these nine lines, then let’s compare the actual ship, sailing, cabin and fare around your priorities.

Activities & variety

Royal Caribbean

Consider it for an active vacation with plenty to do.

A useful starting point for families and travelers who enjoy entertainment and onboard attractions. Its ships differ considerably, so choosing the ship matters as much as choosing the line.

Dining & downtime

Celebrity Cruises

Consider it when dining and a polished setting matter.

A line to compare when your priorities include restaurants, design and space to unwind. We’ll look at the ship, itinerary and fare options around your idea of a good week away.

Exclusively adults · Ages 18+

Virgin Voyages

Consider it for an adults-only change of pace.

Dining, entertainment and a contemporary onboard setting are central to the experience. We’ll compare the sailing and fare details to see whether its style fits yours.

Casual days & shared fun

Carnival Cruise Line

Consider it for a lively, informal getaway.

Explore the dining, entertainment and family activities on your chosen ship. A friends’ trip or family celebration starts with the people coming, their priorities and a realistic total budget.

Flexibility & choice

Norwegian Cruise Line

Consider it when you like options throughout the day.

Compare dining choices, entertainment and cabin arrangements around your preferred pace. The ship and fare offer matter, especially when deciding which packages and extras you would use.

Stories & family experiences

Disney Cruise Line

Consider it when Disney is part of the vacation you want.

Character experiences, stage shows and family programming can shape the trip. We’ll compare the actual ship, everyone’s ages, care needs and the available spaces for adults, too.

Destinations & time aboard

Princess Cruises

Consider it when the journey matters as much as the ports.

Compare dinner routines, accommodation and fare packages alongside your itinerary. For Alaska, we can explore a coastal cruise or a cruisetour that adds inland travel.

Exploring & a comfortable rhythm

Holland America Line

Consider it when destinations lead the conversation.

Look at the route, dining and time aboard around the places you want to see. Alaska cruises and land journeys deserve a closer comparison of scenery, touring and the effort involved.

Family choices & Yacht Club

MSC Cruises

Consider the ship, booked experience and full proposal together.

Explore family programs, dining and the facilities on your selected ship. MSC Yacht Club adds dedicated private spaces and service, giving you another way to enjoy the wider ship.

Curious about MSC Yacht Club? Compare its private facilities, dedicated service and included amenities with the standard cabin and extras you’d otherwise choose. Families are welcome, so private access doesn’t make the experience adults-only.

Explore Yacht Club

Not sure where to start—or already loyal to another line? Tell me what you enjoy and what you’d change. These guides are starting points; your priorities and the actual proposals will help us choose.

Compare Cruise Lines

Less guesswork. More looking forward to it.

From “maybe a cruise” to a plan.

You bring your ideas and priorities. I’ll help turn them into options you can actually compare.

Tell me what matters.

Who’s traveling, your approximate dates, your budget, and what would make this trip a great one. “Help me choose” is a perfectly good starting point.

Understand your options.

We’ll compare ships, itineraries, cabin categories, and fare inclusions. Drinks, dining upgrades, excursions, and other extras belong in the budget conversation, too.

Put the trip together.

Once you choose, we’ll work through booking details and the travel pieces you need, including flights, hotels, transfers, and the next steps before sailing.

A few questions before you sail

Cruise planning FAQs

You don’t have to have every answer before reaching out. That’s part of what we’ll work through together.

Can you help if I’ve never taken a cruise?

Absolutely. We’ll start with the experience you want and explain the choices along the way: cruise lines, ship sizes, cabin categories, itinerary styles, and what to budget for beyond the fare.

Do I need to choose a cruise line before contacting you?

No. Tell me what you enjoy on vacation, who’s traveling, and anything you’d prefer to avoid. We’ll use that to build a shortlist, then compare the actual ships and sailings.

What should I include in my cruise budget?

Look at the whole trip: the cruise fare, flights or driving costs, hotels, transfers, excursions, and any onboard extras you want. Inclusions vary by line and fare, so we’ll also check items such as drinks, Wi-Fi, specialty dining, and gratuities before you decide.

Can you help with a group or employee appreciation cruise?

Yes. We’ll discuss your group’s size, dates, budget, and purpose, then compare suitable sailings and booking arrangements. Group pricing, perks, and cabin availability depend on the cruise line and sailing; we’ll confirm what applies to your trip.

Can flights and a hotel be part of the plan?

Yes. We can consider flights, a hotel before or after the cruise, and port transfers alongside the sailing. Tell me where you’re starting from and how much time you want away, and we’ll discuss the travel pieces you need.

Do I have to live in Wisconsin to work with you?

No. Tango Lima Leisure is based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and helps travelers nationwide. We can work through your cruise ideas by phone, text, or email.
