MSC Cruises · Planned around you

More ways to explore.A cruise
that fits you.

Sun on the pool deck. A new place to discover ashore. An evening of dining and entertainment. MSC gives you plenty to consider, from family activities to the private spaces and dedicated service of MSC Yacht Club.

I’ll help you compare the ship, accommodation, experience and fare that make sense for your vacation.

Families, couples, friends, solo travelers and groups. Let’s start with the trip you want.

Picture your vacation

What would make
the trip feel like yours?

A beach day, a busy afternoon aboard or a quieter place to unwind. Your priorities help us choose the right MSC combination.

Families & shared experiences

Give everyone something to enjoy.

Tell me the children’s ages, favorite activities and how much time you want together. We’ll compare youth programs, pools, entertainment and care arrangements on the actual ship.

Couples & friends

Find your preferred pace.

Explore the dining, lounges and evening entertainment alongside the itinerary. If you like an international atmosphere and choices throughout the day, MSC is worth a closer look.

Privacy & service

Consider Yacht Club.

If private facilities and dedicated service matter, let’s compare Yacht Club with the other accommodation options. Its included benefits can change the whole proposal.

Choose the actual ship

Choose the ship
for the experiences you want.

A feature in one MSC advertisement doesn’t establish what’s aboard another ship. Here are a few useful starting points.

MSC World America

A wide choice of experiences.

Compare its dining and entertainment lineup, including Eataly and Cliffhanger. Both carry charges; the listed Dirty Dancing in Concert is part of the complimentary entertainment.

Check: the experiences you want, their participation rules and any additional cost.

Seaside & Seaside EVO ships

Explore the time outdoors.

Review the pool areas, deck spaces and activities on your selected ship. MSC Seascape’s paid Robotron attraction is a specific feature to investigate if thrills are on your wish list.

Check: the actual ship’s facilities and any age, height or other restrictions.

Meraviglia & related ships

Plan an evening you’ll enjoy.

Compare the selected ship’s promenade, lounges and shows. Meraviglia’s Carousel Productions at Sea is a paid experience with reservation conditions, separate from included core entertainment.

Check: the named venue, current show lineup and booking arrangements.

MSC Poesia & the route

Let the destinations lead.

MSC Poesia’s refurbished offering includes Yacht Club, and its Alaska season began in 2026. Review the route, scenery, touring options and available accommodation together.

Check: the exact departure, glacier route, port hours and desired cabin.

Bella, Fantastica & Aurea

The room is one decision.
The experience is another.

An interior, oceanview or balcony describes the accommodation. Your booked experience affects arrangements and benefits. We’ll read both alongside the fare offer.

Bella

MSC assigns the room.

Compare the guaranteed-accommodation terms when you’re comfortable letting MSC choose the cabin. The assigned view and location may differ from what you would select yourself.

A particular cabin number or unobstructed ocean view should be discussed before choosing this arrangement.

Fantastica

More planning control.

Consider the ability to choose your cabin and location, along with the booking benefits that apply to your reservation. Dinner-seating requests remain subject to availability.

We’ll check what’s confirmed and review the conditions attached to any change benefit.

Aurea

Dining flexibility and relaxation.

Compare My Choice dining, priority boarding and access to designated relaxation facilities. Thermal-area use has reservation requirements, and some benefits depend on the accommodation.

The actual proposal will tell us which additions are included with your booking.

MSC Yacht Club

Your own retreat.
The wider ship at your doorstep.

Yacht Club combines accommodation with dedicated service, private facilities and included amenities. It deserves a full comparison alongside the standard cruise options.

Dedicated spaces

Somewhere to return to.

Explore the private dining, Top Sail Lounge and deck facilities on the selected ship. Access is reserved for Yacht Club guests, creating another way to spend your time aboard.

Butler & concierge

A different level of service.

Yacht Club advertises round-the-clock butler and concierge service, along with priority processes. Discuss the specific arrangements and assistance that matter to your trip.

Included amenities

Compare the bundle.

Premium Extra drinks, Browse internet for two devices per person and thermal-area access are among the advertised benefits. Check the package conditions and any paid upgrades.

Meals & evenings

Choose a dinner routine
that works for your vacation.

Designated main restaurant and buffet meals are included. The dinner arrangement depends on your ship and booked experience.

Assigned dining

A familiar evening plan.

A regular dinner time and table can make it easy to gather. Discuss preferred seating early, especially when coordinating children’s routines or several cabins.

Flexible options

Know which arrangement applies.

MSC currently lists Dine on Your Time for Bella and Fantastica on Seashore and Seaside, with availability and possible waits. Aurea’s My Choice operates within restaurant opening hours.

Specialty dining

Make a meal an occasion.

Explore the paid restaurants on your ship and any available dining package. Review covered dishes, premium supplements and reservations; a package doesn’t confirm your preferred dinner time.

The fare & the full vacation

Compare the trip
you’ll actually take.

We’ll look at the fare, confirmed inclusions and likely spending together. The first advertised price is only the beginning of that conversation.

Included foundations

Your starting point aboard.

  • The accommodation booked for your party.
  • Designated main restaurant and buffet meals.
  • Core entertainment and scheduled activities.
  • Included pool, recreation and gym facilities on the ship.
  • Standard age-eligible youth programming.
  • Any benefits specifically included with your experience or fare.
Plan for additions

Your personal spending choices.

  • Beverage and internet packages when not included.
  • Specialty dining and selected menu items.
  • Paid attractions, arcade use and qualifying childcare.
  • Excursions, spa treatments, photos and shopping.
  • Applicable hotel service charges and purchase gratuities.
  • Flights, hotels, transfers and other travel arrangements.

Drinks, service charges & internet

Understand the packages
before you decide.

Names, conditions and coverage matter. We’ll use the products attached to your actual reservation.

Beverages

Check who and what is covered.

Compare the available Premium Extra, Alcohol-Free and Minors options. Venue coverage differs, including specialty restaurants and private islands.

Current guidance sets a daily package limit of 15 alcoholic drinks, including Yacht Club. Check cabin participation requirements, exclusions and any earlier package conditions.

Hotel service charges

Include the recurring cost.

MSC’s service-charge rules depend on itinerary, experience, guest age and booking date. Confirm the applicable amount and whether it is included, prepaid or added to your onboard account.

Package gratuities and charges attached to individual purchases are separate details to review.

Connectivity

Choose the access you need.

Compare Browse with Browse & Stream and the number of devices you’ll use. Activated devices are linked to the purchased plan, so check the conditions before connecting.

Selected onboard app functions are separate from buying general internet access. Satellite speed and availability can vary.

Families, youth clubs & care

Start with their ages.
Then picture their day.

Children’s ages at sailing and the kind of supervision you need are essential planning details. Included activities and reserved care are different arrangements.

Babies & toddlers

Baby Time or Baby Care?

Baby Time lets parents play with their children during designated sessions. Baby Care is a paid drop-off service for qualifying babies and toddlers, with scheduled hours and capacity limits.

Confirm your child’s exact age eligibility and the availability you need before planning around care.

Ages 3–11

Mini & Junior Clubs.

Mini Club is listed for ages 3–6 and Junior Club for ages 7–11. Explore the selected ship’s program alongside the activities you’ll enjoy as a family.

Share any independence, toileting or support needs so we can confirm appropriate arrangements.

Ages 12–17

Young & Teen Clubs.

Young Club serves ages 12–14 and Teen Club ages 15–17. Talk with your tween or teen about organized activities, independent time and how you’ll keep in touch.

Siblings in different age groups may have different spaces and schedules.

Your home aboard

Choose the view,
layout and location you’ll enjoy.

A category label doesn’t answer every cabin question. We’ll connect the room details with the people traveling and your booked experience.

Inside & oceanview

Prioritize the practical details.

Compare natural light, sleeping arrangements, bathroom layout and room location. Consider how much time you expect to spend in the cabin and what you need for a comfortable stay.

Balcony & the actual view

Look beyond the name.

Selected World-class categories overlook the promenade, combine promenade and ocean views, or have a partial view. If an unobstructed ocean outlook matters, make it part of the cabin search.

Infinite Ocean View

Understand the room’s design.

Review the specific layout and window features rather than assume a traditional outdoor balcony. Window-opening arrangements can also be affected by operational conditions.

Suites & families

Compare space and privileges.

Check bed arrangements, occupancy and connecting doors when needed. Suite categories and their attached benefits differ; an Aurea suite and a Yacht Club suite deserve separate comparisons.

Some ships offer Yacht Club interiors, so those privileges don’t automatically mean a balcony.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

Make room
for an island day.

If beach time is a highlight for you, Ocean Cay belongs in the itinerary conversation. We’ll confirm the call and actual time ashore on the sailing you choose.

Your day ashore

Choose how you’ll spend it.

Explore the beaches, designated included dining and optional activities. If you want an umbrella, cabana or booked experience, review its availability and cost separately.

Tell me: whether you picture swimming, exploring, an activity or a shaded place to relax.

Packages & timing

Check the island details.

Beverage coverage depends on your package and the island’s offering. Any Yacht Club destination benefits also need to match your booking.

Check: arrival/departure times and any evening plans before building your day around them.

A few details worth sharing

Bring your memberships.
And your practical priorities.

These details can help refine the search and make a proposal more useful.

Loyalty & Status Match

Tell me about existing status.

MSC offers a Status Match application for eligible loyalty memberships from other travel companies. Approval and the matched tier need confirmation.

We’ll review any applicable savings and offer combinations before including them in the proposal.

Solo & single-parent trips

Price your actual party.

One traveler’s cabin cost depends on the available accommodation and occupancy pricing. Selected offers may be worth checking, including options for single parents.

We’ll also confirm age, cabin and document requirements for your travel party.

Dining, dress & atmosphere

Make the setting fit.

Pack for the ship’s evening dining and Gala guidance, alongside casual daytime plans. Tell me if smoke sensitivity, a particular venue or a quieter setting matters to your enjoyment.

We’ll review the actual facilities and policies with those priorities in mind.

Arrival day & your first afternoon

Set yourself up
for a comfortable start.

A little preparation helps connect the travel to the port with your plans aboard.

Before sailing day

Give your arrival some breathing room.

I strongly recommend arriving the day before, especially when flying. A missed connection, delay or luggage issue is easier to handle with a buffer before the ship departs.

For longer international travel, consider additional time for rest and sightseeing.

At the terminal

Follow your arrival instructions.

Complete required check-in and follow your assigned arrival slot. Expect luggage drop-off, document checks, security and boarding procedures; the exact sequence depends on the port.

Keep documents, medicines and first-afternoon essentials in your carry-on.

Once aboard

Complete safety. Then explore.

Every guest must complete the ship’s required safety drill or briefing. Follow the crew’s instructions, including any video, station visit or assembly required for your sailing.

Then check the daily schedule for the sail-away celebration and a place to watch departure.

Three ways to begin

Pick a direction.
We’ll find the actual sailing.

These are trip ideas, not live offers. We’ll check ships, dates, routes and accommodation for your travel plans.

Caribbean & Bahamas

Build in beach time.

Compare island visits, sea days and the experience aboard. If Ocean Cay matters to you, we’ll verify the call and time ashore on the actual itinerary.

Mediterranean

Let the places lead.

Start with the cities and coastlines you want to see. We’ll compare port time, the season, the ship and travel to the embarkation city, including hotel nights if needed.

Alaska

Make scenery a priority.

Investigate an available MSC Alaska sailing and its actual glacier route, port calls and touring options. Compare the accommodation and time aboard with the experiences you want ashore.

Travis Lesatz of Tango Lima Leisure

Your travel advisor

I’m Travis. Let’s compare the details.

Send your dates, departure preferences, everyone’s ages, cabin needs and approximate total budget. Tell me which activities matter and whether you want to explore Yacht Club. I’ll help you compare suitable options and explain each proposal.

A few good questions

Before you
choose MSC.

These answers start the conversation. Your particular ship, sailing and reservation provide the final details.

Is MSC—or Yacht Club—adults-only?

No. MSC welcomes families, including in Yacht Club. Private areas or designated adult facilities don’t make the entire experience adults-only. If a ship without children is essential, tell me so we can compare suitable options.

How do Bella, Fantastica and Aurea differ?

They attach different booking arrangements and benefits to your accommodation. Bella uses assigned accommodation; Fantastica adds cabin selection and planning benefits; Aurea adds features such as My Choice dining and designated relaxation access. Review the actual reservation terms.

Is Yacht Club simply a larger room?

No. It combines accommodation with dedicated service, private facilities and advertised packages. Room types vary, including interiors on some ships. Compare the selected category and full benefit list.

Are all restaurants, shows and attractions included?

No. Designated meals and core entertainment are included, while specialty dining, selected productions, attractions and menu items can cost extra. Review the specific ship and any package coverage.

Is Baby Care included in the fare?

No. The current kids page lists Baby Care as paid, with age eligibility, scheduled sessions and capacity limits. Parent-attended Baby Time is a different arrangement. Confirm the care your family needs before planning around it.

Does every balcony have an unobstructed ocean view?

No. Selected categories can have promenade, partial or combined views. Explain the outlook you want so we can compare the precise accommodation, especially when considering a guaranteed cabin.

Does every MSC sailing visit Ocean Cay?

No. Check the actual itinerary, including its call and time ashore. If the island is a priority, we’ll make it part of the sailing search.

Can you compare MSC with the other cruise lines?

Yes. Share your party, dates, priorities, cabin requirements and budget. I’ll help compare suitable ships and sailings using their actual inclusions and anticipated extras, including Yacht Club if it interests you.
