Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Tango Lima Leisure, a DBA of Wisconsin Web Works LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking travel or using our website, tangolimaleisure.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Identity and Agency Status

Tango Lima Leisure is a travel agency specializing in custom travel experiences. We operate as an independent affiliate of HMB Solutions, Inc. dba OutsideAgents.com.

Intermediary Role: We act solely as an intermediary (agent) between you and the “Suppliers” (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and insurance providers). When you book travel through us, your contract for the actual travel services is between you and the Supplier, and is subject to that Supplier’s specific terms and conditions.

2. Mandatory Seller of Travel Disclosures

In compliance with state laws, the following registrations and disclosures are provided:

• Florida: Wisconsin Web Works LLC dba Tango Lima Leisure is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST15578.

• California: California Seller of Travel No. 2090937-50. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. This business has a bond issued by [Company Name] in the amount of [Amount].

  • TCRF Disclosure: This transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) as our principal place of business is outside of California.

• Washington: Washington UBID No. 603189022.

• Iowa: Iowa Registered Agency No. 1202.

3. Payments and Bookings

• Direct Payments: To protect your funds, we do not accept direct payments for travel services into our business accounts. All payments must be made directly to the Supplier or processed through our host agency, OutsideAgents.com.

• Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing all travel documents (itineraries, tickets, confirmations) immediately upon receipt. You must notify us of any errors in names, dates, or timings within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Supplier Penalties: Most travel bookings are subject to cancellation and change penalties imposed by the Suppliers. These can range from a fixed fee to 100% of the trip cost.

• Right to Refund: Upon cancellation of transportation or travel services, where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously disclosed, all sums paid for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger.

• Washington State Notice: Purchaser’s Right to Cancel: You may cancel this contract without any cancellation fee or other penalty by sending notice of cancellation by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Tango Lima Leisure at 975 Honey Creek Road, Oshkosh, WI 54904. The notice must be postmarked by midnight of the seventh calendar day following the day on which this contract is signed.

5. Travel Documentation

• Passports and Visas: It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government authorities. Passports must typically be valid for at least six months beyond the date of return.

• Health and Entry Requirements: You are responsible for complying with all health entry requirements (e.g., vaccinations, testing) of your destination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tango Lima Leisure and Wisconsin Web Works LLC shall not be liable for:

1. Any acts, omissions, or failures of any Supplier or third-party provider.

2. Financial insolvency or bankruptcy of any airline, hotel, or cruise line.

3. Changes to flight times, itineraries, or accommodations made by Suppliers.

4. Injuries, losses, or damages resulting from “Force Majeure” events (e.g., weather, civil unrest, pandemics, or government actions).

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance can provide protection against financial loss due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage delay. We can provide quotes for insurance through third-party providers upon request.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be filed in the courts of Winnebago County, Wisconsin.

9. Communication and Marketing

• Newsletter: You will only be added to our general marketing list if you explicitly sign up via our “Sign up for our newsletter” form.

• Inquiries: Submitting a travel inquiry does not constitute consent for marketing. We will contact you solely to follow up on your request.

• Pre-Trip Communications: For confirmed bookings, you agree to receive service-related emails, including but not limited to itinerary reminders, packing lists, and prep checklists, typically sent three (3) days prior to your travel date.

• Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from any marketing or reminder list at any time via the link in our email footers.

10. Merchandise and Dropshipping

Tango Lima Leisure offers products via a dropshipping model.

• Third-Party Fulfillment: Products are shipped by third-party partners. Our liability for shipping delays or defects is limited to the purchase price of the item.

• Accuracy: We strive for accurate descriptions but do not warrant that product content is error-free.

11. Washington State Notice (7-Day Rule)

Purchaser’s Right to Cancel: You may cancel this contract without any cancellation fee or other penalty by sending notice of cancellation by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Tango Lima Leisure at 975 Honey Creek Road, Oshkosh, WI 54904. The notice must be postmarked by midnight of the seventh calendar day following the day on which this contract is signed.
