  • Legal Necessity: We may disclose information if required by law, such as responding to a subpoena or government investigation.

  • Retention: We retain travel records for at least two years following the completion of travel to comply with Washington state law. Financial and transactional records may be kept for up to seven years for tax and audit purposes.
